RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Original art, digital products and downloads are excluded from this policy and are non-returnable or refundable.

We encourage you to carefully review your purchase before completing the sale.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
Exchange Period: You may exchange the artwork within 14 days of receiving it for another piece of equal or lesser value.
Conditions for Exchanges: The artwork must be in its original condition.
Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and the cost of shipping the new artwork.
Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@barbsotiart.com.. We will provide instructions for securely packaging and returning the artwork. Once the return is processed, we will coordinate the shipment of your new selection.
EUROPEAN UNION 3 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUND EXCEPTIONS
If an exception on your order has been made, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
